1 Introduction and Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetway platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. By accessing the site, opening an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

jeetway reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use jeetway platform services, users must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. No platform services are available to anyone under 21.
• You must confirm that online betting and casino activities are not legally prohibited in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
• Personal information must be provided accurately and in full.
• Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
• Transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

3 Account Registration and Security

When opening an account on jeetway, providing your correct name, email, mobile number and other details is mandatory. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time.

3.1 Password Security

Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Login details must not be shared with any third party.

3.2 Account Verification

For security purposes, jeetway may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other document for identity verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account temporarily closed.

3.3 Account Closure

Users may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. However, any balance remaining in the account at the time of the request may be forfeited, so it is advisable to withdraw the full balance before making the request.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The minimum deposit amount on jeetway is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, for large withdrawal amounts or where a verification process is ongoing, processing may take longer.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not accepted.
• All transaction details must be filled in correctly; jeetway will not be responsible if a deposit fails due to incorrect information.
• jeetway may review suspicious or unusual transactions and suspend them if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeetway offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳3,000; and to withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.1 Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own terms — please read the relevant terms before claiming an offer.
• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Bonuses may be cancelled in cases of fraudulent activity or rule violations.
• More than one bonus cannot be claimed from a single account, device or IP address.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

Sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services are available on the jeetway platform. The following policies must be followed when using these services:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Acceptance of bets is entirely at jeetway's discretion. jeetway reserves the right to void bets placed with the intention of benefiting from technical errors or incorrect odds.

6.2 Match Results and Disputes

For sports betting, official results will be considered final. If an event is postponed, cancelled or incomplete, jeetway will settle bets according to standard rules.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

There may be a set limit on the maximum amount that can be won in a single transaction on a specific game or event. Information on this limit will be stated on the relevant game or event page.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

jeetway's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. The process of determining and changing VIP tiers is entirely at jeetway's discretion.

Cashback funds, like bonuses, can only be withdrawn after a specified wagering requirement is met.

8 Data Privacy and Protection

How users' personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also consent to that policy.

jeetway uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure. If information is shared with third parties, it is done only for purposes stated in the privacy policy.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetway platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegally obtained funds.
• Placing bets through bots, scripts or automated software.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Opening multiple accounts under false identities.
• Impersonating jeetway staff or making false claims.

Users involved in these activities will have their accounts closed and all deposited funds and winnings forfeited. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

All content on the jeetway platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text — is the intellectual property of jeetway or its licensors. Copying, distributing or reproducing any of this without prior written permission is prohibited.

15 Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws and regulations. If any provision of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
